Blade 3

A very unique knife, made from 1095 carbon steel that tapers from the middle of the blade to the tip.  Made for a smaller hand or someone who prefers a pinch grip.  The handle is one of a kind, made from Cortez Blanco hand picked from a carpers shop in El Salvador.  I hand picked this piece of wood and brought it back to the US by yours truly.  The black markings on this wood shows its heavy spalting, a stage of the woods decay before it becomes unusable.  I stabilized the wood with an epoxy called cactus juice which preserves the wood and strengthens it at the same time.  With the included black G10 liner to complement the handle you can go wrong with this one of a kind chef knife.
