Blade 2

Known as the workhorse, this is my entry level chef knife that was specifically made for the average home cook wanting an elevated cooking experience.  The blade is made from 1095 with a flat grind that reaches the spine of the blade.  With this octogon shaped handle made of a ruby G10 you will notice it was made to fit in any hand.
