Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your knife must meet the following requirements:

  • Unused Condition: The blade must be completely unused and in new condition
  • Original Packaging: Item must be returned in its original packaging and protective materials
  • No Damage: No scratches, chips, or signs of use on the blade, handle, or hardware
  • Complete Set: All original components, documentation, and accessories must be included

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale Items: Any knives purchased at a discounted price or marked as “Final Sale”
  • Custom Orders: Knives made to custom specifications or with personalization
  • Used Knives: Any blade showing signs of use, sharpening, or wear
  • Damaged Returns: Items damaged due to improper handling or packaging during return

What We Don’t Offer

  • No Gift Credit: We do not offer store credit or gift certificates as an alternative to refunds
  • No Exchanges: We do not exchange items for different models, sizes, or specifications
  • Refunds Only: Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Authorization: Do not ship items back without receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number
  3. Return Authorization: We will provide return shipping instructions and an RA number if your return is approved
  4. Package Safely: Securely package the knife to prevent damage during shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Proper Packaging: Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Insurance Recommended: We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
  • Tracking Required: Use a shipping method with tracking for your protection

Refund Processing

  • Inspection Period: Returns will be inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Processing Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged knife:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photo Documentation: Provide clear photos of any defects or damage
  • Priority Processing: Defective items will be given priority for return authorization
  • Full Refund: Shipping costs will be refunded for confirmed defective items
